Senior PM – AI Data Services
The Senior PM plays a crucial role in the group delivering lovable AI Data Services to high-profile accounts. Your job will be to lead and coordinate a diverse distributed team in supplying a wide range of AI Data services including Data Collection, Judging, Annotation, Grading, Labelling and Image Recognition. The role includes frequent client contacts, and you’ll be involved end-to-end in everything from pre-sales, resourcing, production to follow-up and business reviews.

RESPONSIBILITIES
TEAM MANAGEMENT: Lead, motivate, engage and develop a global team of PM: s and Coordinators, and take overall responsibility for external suppliers and crowd
Create a lovable employee experience
DELIVERY MANAGEMENT: Monitor and drive deliveries of multiple projects/ accounts, including taking top-level responsibility for quality, financials, efficiencies, etc.
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT: Create lovable client experiences and run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
FINANCIALS: Monitor project financials and assist manager financial reviews
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Take personal ownership for process improvement and promoting efficiencies.
