New work – KAI
Introducing KAI, organizational architects for growth companies, founded by Heidi Öller and HITO.

In Japanese, “KAI” carries layered meanings: ocean, change, and meeting. These concepts informed the design process — shaping a visual language that reflects movement, connection, and transformation. The symbol is designed to hold both structure and fluidity, mirroring how organizations grow, adapt, and come together.

The logotype and symbol design are part of a broader visual identity originally developed for HITO.
