The collaboration with brewery and restaurant Nya Carnegiebryggeriet in Stockholm continues the journey of fusing art forms.
Billy White, the innovative chef of Nya Carnegiebryggeriet, has worked with Michelin-starred chefs and restaurants (St John – London, Mathias Dahlgren and Fäviken – Sweden), is a fusion in his own right – English by birth, adopted by Sweden. He is constantly challenging the conventional beer palette by creating dishes to elevate the overall experience, and now joins Graphiare for a new challenge – The Chef’s Palette™.
An original canvas piece by Ligisd, introduced to Billy as inspiration provided him with the absolute freedom to express his emotive journey and connection to the painting through his specially created dish in its texture, taste and color. The piece itself – a contradictory expression of fear, strength and softness – yet fluid and organic, engages and challenges its audience to explore its raw authenticity. Just does the dish itself, with its contradictions of flavours and ingredients for a truly unified experience.
