A couple of weeks ago, the Business Committee at .se at hosted an amazing event called “Inspirational Women in Business”, which brought together remarkable professionals to inspire and empower students! 🌐

The event showcased five trailblazing women from tech, finance, and education, providing invaluable insights for our students as they embark on their professional journeys. Each topic discussed was pivotal, offering a profound understanding of the diverse and dynamic paths that lie ahead 👩‍💻👩‍🏫

Attending as one of the five speakers, our very own shared her incredible journey from marketing and graphic design to an 11-year stint as a vegan restaurant chef, ultimately transitioning into the world of web development. Vanessa emphasized the pivotal role of career coaching, networking, and the promotion of diversity and inclusion in shaping successful careers 🚀✨

The event left an indelible mark on all attendees, fostering inspiration and empowerment. Here’s to the incredible women who shared their stories, and to a future filled with endless possibilities! 💪

In light of the exceptional work done by our amazing Axakon team this past year, we deemed it fitting to kick it up a notch and ensure that this year’s Christmas party would be the best one yet! 🎄✨

Our office underwent a festive makeover, decorated perfectly for an evening brimming with joy and festivities. Accompanied by Swedish Christmas songs, we gathered to share laughter and stories over a mouthwatering Julbord, Glögg, Saffron buns (Lussekatter), and other delightful treats 😋🍷

The Christmas spirit continued to grow as most of us participated in a Secret Santa game with a twist, while others headed over to the crafting corner which was buzzing with creativity, bringing the season to life through handmade wonders that only a mother can love! 🎁🧵

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who played a part in making this evening so special! Here’s to a season filled with warmth, laughter, and cherished memories 💖

Last week, we summoned the spirits and had a bewitching time at our Office Halloween Party, which we have to say turned out to be a Spooktacular Success! Here’s a peek into the ghoulishly good fun we had:

🦇 Our office was transformed into a spooky wonderland, from creepy cobwebs and eerie skulls, to pumpkins and bats... the Halloween spirit was alive and well throughout the office!

🎃 After a few welcome drinks, we put our knowledge to the test with a Halloween quiz that covered everything from spine-tingling traditions to guessing spine-chilling film music. It was a real treat for our brains!

👻 The highlight of the evening: the costume competition, where our talented colleagues donned some of the most funniest, creative, and spooky costumes. Although not mandatory, many Axakonieers actually dressed up, which was really nice to see! Congratulations to our costume contest winner who took home a cool prize! 🏆🎉

🍹 Our Halloween-themed blood-punch was a massive hit, and we also made sure to satisfy our sweet cravings with an abundance of candy, snacks, and pizza… it was a night of delightful indulgence!

Hello, everyone! We’re back from our much-needed vacation and ready to embrace the cozy vibes of autumn here at Axakon 🍁🍂

To kick things off in style, we threw a super fun crayfish party that left us feeling recharged and ready for the season ahead! Our team gathered for a delightful evening filled with delicious food, good company, and lots of laughter, where we clinked glasses, cracked open crayfish shells, and savoured every moment of this Scandinavian tradition…it really was the perfect way to reconnect and get back into the swing of things after our break 🦞🥂

Autumn has officially arrived, and we're excited to bring you some amazing updates, projects, and content in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for all the exciting things we have in store! 🤩💖

As the summer sun shines bright, we’ve decided to take a well-deserved break to bask in its glory and spend some quality time with our loved ones. During this summer vacation, the Axakon team will be away from social media to fully embrace the joys of the season and return even more energised! ⛱️☀️

We simply can't contain our excitement as we share the incredible time we had at our recent after-work event! It was an evening filled with thrilling competition, outstanding performances, and amazing company 🕺💃

First off, we headed to the cozy , where we unleashed our inner competitiveness in a fierce boules tournament. There, we battled for the gold medals and the title of boule champions, and although some teams were a bit more successful than others when it came to hitting the target (as can be evidently seen in the victory pictures), the atmosphere was still brimming with laughter, and we could not be happier for the winning team...well, kind of! 🥇🎯

Naturally, our night didn't end there, of course! We took our energy and enthusiasm to the next level as we embraced our inner rock stars and took the stage for some epic karaoke sessions at . From classic hits to power ballads, we belted out our favourite tunes with passion and enthusiasm and turned the place into our own personal concert 🎤🪩

A huge shoutout goes to our amazing event team, as well as everyone who joined and made this evening one for the books! We truly couldn't have asked for a better event with our incredible team 🤗✨

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to for collaborating with us and making our recent workshop an incredible success! It was an absolute pleasure to work with such a talented and dedicated team 🎉

A special shoutout goes to all the amazing students who attended the workshop! Your progress has been absolutely remarkable, especially considering that many of you had no prior coding experience. We're truly impressed by your dedication and hard work, keep up the fantastic job! 👩‍💻🤩

We also want to express our deepest gratitude to Lovisa and Vanessa, two outstanding Technigo alumni, who served as our fantastic hosts throughout the workshop. Their expertise and enthusiasm created a positive and supportive learning environment for all participants 👏🏼

Last week, we decided that it was time to kick up our afterwork activities a notch and organise a themed party, and what better theme than an Italian one! This not only meant transforming the office into a traditional Neapolitan taverna but also (and most importantly), stuffing our faces with more carbs than an Italian grandma on Thanksgiving. We're talking pizza, pasta, tiramisu, and gelato galore! 🤤😋

Of course, a party wouldn’t be Italian without plenty of alcohol involved, so to wash all of this delicious food down, we had plenty of Spritz, Italian beers, hot shots (Galliano, we're lookin' at you), Prosecco, and naturally, non-alcoholic options for our designated drivers 🍷🥂

The fun didn’t stop there, though, because we also had a quiz to test our Italian knowledge, but let's be real, we were all too full and tipsy to remember anything… And with regards to the music, it had us feeling like we were in a Scorsese film, with Italian vibes for days 📝🎶

Grazie mille to everyone who came out and made this one of the most memorable after-work events yet! Can't wait for the next one! 🥳
