The current housing situation in Sweden is a hot topic among policymakers but in need of more qualitative analysis. On behalf of Boinstitutet, Six Year Plan interviewed mayors in 10 Swedish cities and helped Boinstitutet analyze the housing situation. How do they work in practice and what can they learn from each other?

The result is a report titled Husesyn i bostadsbristens Sverige where Boinstitutet are looking at what Swedish cities are doing, and what they can do better to manage the current housing situation. The report is available for download here:

Six Year Plan are delighted to announce that Ingrid Heath joins the team in Stockholm as Senior Adviser.

Ingrid has broad experience from media, public affairs and the life science industry. She has served as Policy Director of SwedenBIO, the Swedish Life Science Industry Organization, and is a former member of the Swedish Government’s Senior Advisory Board for Life Science. She has held several managing positions in media, including the role as editor-in-chief at Swedish trade media Läkemedelsvärlden and Life Science Sweden. Ingrid is also an experienced moderator of seminars and events. Ingrid holds an MSc in Molecular Biology from Lund University and a Master’s Degree in Journalism from Stockholm University.

How does it feel to start working at Six Year Plan?
– Exciting of course! This is a great team with diverse backgrounds and knowledge and lots of energy, so I am very eager to join.

What are you looking forwards to the most?
– I have previously worked with media, public affairs and business development in different contexts and know how important it is to find the best course of action in complex situations. Life science is a field where communication must be adapted to a range of different stakeholders, and where the claims we make must accurately match the product development cycle of new treatments. That’s a very dynamic and exciting process that I look forward to work on with our clients!

What do you expect of your time at Six Year Plan?
– To learn new things! And to explore the many dynamic markets in Asia together with our clients and well-established network of experts.
