We are very proud to announce the first three workshops that are part of the We Are Conference, which we are hosting in Stockholm from May 13th to 15th, in collaboration with LPPDE - The Science of Improving Innovation.

This is a conference dedicated to building the world's most important & critical systems, where software meets hardware and where an Agile mindset meets Lean thinking. On the first day of the conference, you can choose to take part in one of these three deep-dive workshops:

During February we hosted another session in our series, this time centering on the theme of Indirect Leadership. It was an evening brimming with insights and collaboration, and we couldn't be more thrilled to share the highlights with you!

This session was led by the lab creator Carl Starendal but this time also co-facilitated by Anders Laestadius, who has now joined our dynamic team, this Lab was an embodiment of our commitment to fostering impactful leadership fit for the organization working with modern, dynamic, and Agile/Lean methods and practices.

The session delved deep into the Indirect Leadership Model from Försvarshögskolan offering attendees a comprehensive understanding of this vital aspect of leadership. Presentations by Johan Ivari & Emanuel Peperas further enriched the discourse, providing valuable perspectives and actionable strategies.

But the evening wasn't all theory – practical exercises ensured that participants could apply their newfound knowledge in real-world scenarios, all while enjoying some delicious pizza!

This Lab marks just the beginning of an exciting journey. Stay tuned for a series of 2-3 in-person labs and online sessions on Indirect Leadership scheduled throughout the winter, spring, and summer months.

We are extremely proud to announce ‘We Are Conference’ in Stockholm 2024. This three-day, in-person event, in collaboration with the international Lean Product And Process Development Exchange (LPPDE), will take place from May 13th to 15th.

The conference presents a great opportunity to connect with practitioners at the forefront of Lean and Agile transformation journeys in companies that develop both the products and the factories that produce them – where innovation meets industrialization!

Our goal for this conference is to lead the way in developing our approaches to innovation in hardware, software, and processes. We want to create a new milestone by integrating several schools of thought into something beneficial for everyone attending. Our aim is that you will leave with new ideas on how to increase the speed of innovation in your organization!

Last night we organized an evening meetup at our Stockholm office focused on testing a new prototype of our "We Are Movement Flow Game" that Johanna Ekeberg & Carl Starendal are developing together.

We had a full house and a fun evening! Thanks everyone for showing up, collaborating, having fun, and helping us develop the game 😎

We will release a 1.0 and free version of the game early next year where you will be able to download it from our website, print the materials yourself, and play with your teams, ARTs, and stakeholders to learn about multi-team flow together!

On November 9th we organized the second in-person meetup for our in Stockholm together with Brejn. We had a full evening with a large group of leaders and managers who collaboratively explored how to lead when facing change, complexity, and ambiguity. Extra thnx to Fredrik Hedman from We Are Movement who was the facilitator for the evening.

The theme for the evening was Direct Leadership; specifically, we zoomed in on the theme of "How does it look when The Manager works Agile" 😎 with presentations from Kimberly Lejonö, Matilda Boson & Yasir Shamsudin on the topic.
