I’m Thoa — a mom of twin boys, a wife, and today, someone who wakes up excited for life. But it wasn’t always this way. I grew up in Sweden after moving here from Vietnam at seven years old. For years, I worked as a school tutor — a job that looked “good” on paper but left me feeling drained, unfulfill

ed, and disconnected from my own life. I was away from my kids for long hours every day. I felt like time was slipping through my fingers — and along with it, my confidence and sense of worth. I wanted more than just paying the bills. I wanted a life that felt meaningful… a life that lit me up inside. One day, I realized: if I didn’t make a change, nothing would change. So I started searching for something different — something that would give me freedom, fulfillment, and the courage to dream bigger. That’s when I discovered a marketing webinar that became the turning point. It introduced me to an online business I could build from home, with a community that believed in me until I believed in myself again. Today, I work in a way that feels aligned with my values. I have the flexibility to be present for my kids, the joy of traveling, the excitement of building something of my own — and, most importantly, the confidence and self-worth I thought I’d lost. My office today is under a parasol while the kids splash around 🌞📲

The boys and my Godson Leo are at the pool. I’m right here with them, answering a few messages from my phone in the shade.

No desk.
No rushing.
No choosing between work and being present.

Just me, watching them play, replying to a few inquiries between sips of water.

This is exactly why I built this.
Not to disappear into a laptop somewhere far from my family, but to be right here, in the middle of it, while still building something real.

Hot day.
Cool shade.
Business still moving in the background. 💙

Day 25: My Workplace….

One of the biggest problems in our industry isn’t the opportunity.

It’s the expectations. 🤷‍♀️

Too many people get shown the lifestyle.
The travel. The freedom. The pretty photos.

Too few people get told what it actually takes.
✅ Consistency
✅ Learning new skills
✅ Personal growth
✅ Handling rejection
✅ Showing up for your team
✅ Patience

I have been building my online business for five years now. Four of those as a side hustle alongside teaching, and full time since last year.

I can tell you this.

Nobody got a sale because I posted a nice photo in my garden or the beach😂

It took showing up.
Again and again.
Even on the days nobody was watching.
Even on the days I was exhausted from teaching all day and still chose to show up online.

Every profession has people who do really well. Teaching. Sales. Medicine. Online business is no different.

The opportunity is real.

But the result depends on what you are willing to learn, how long you are willing to stay consistent, and who is guiding you along the way. 💯

That is why I have always tried to tell the truth about this business instead of just selling the dream.

And honestly the right people are drawn to that anyway. 🩵

I left teaching in June last year.

It was the right decision.
But if I am honest, that first summer was also full of adjusting.
New rhythm.
New identity.
Learning how to trust that this would actually work, even on the days it felt uncertain.

This summer feels different.
We have spent our days at the pool. Long mornings, sandy towels, ice creams that melt faster than the boys can eat them 😄

And underneath all of it my business has just kept running. Steady. Familiar. No longer something new I was hoping would work.

Something that simply works.

That is the part that really hit me this week. Not just the freedom, but how much calmer it all feels now compared to a year ago.

If you are in your own transition right now, still adjusting, still figuring it out

I want you to know that it gets steadier. Keep going. 💛
