This activation placed a fully branded vending unit right outside the Braun Buffel store, dispensing Smiley collectibles to shoppers who scanned in. No staff needed at the machine. No queues. This is what inclusion looks like in practice.

Huxter is a raiSE-recognised Emerging Social Enterprise, and one of the things we are most proud of is our collaboration with SPED schools across Singapore. This is one of our students, currently undergoing his work experience with us.

He is learning how to operate and manage a smart vending machine from the backend. Real skills. Real responsibilities. Real work.

We believe that the best way to create opportunity is not to talk about it but to build it into how we operate every single day. Our inclusive employment programme gives SPED students hands-on experience in retail operations, machine management, and customer service in a real working environment.

Smart vending is our business. Bringing more people into that business is our purpose.
