Now this is reality. Having a good education increase your chances of having a better career. But once you are hired because of your academic qualifications, nothing else matters other then the results you produce. Develop your soft skills, intelligence goes as far as your behaviour limits you.

This is one of those things that I admire young people today, they choose meaning over ‘face’.

Having been a psychometrist and career coach for over 20 years, I have always be very please to see that as years go by the younger people are choosing altruistic work over material. They want to put a ding in the world. Interesting

This is a typical poster outside a tuition centre showing the A1’s and A*. That’s what everybody in Singapore is trained to go for. An Elitist country behaviour.

What ever happened to financial skills, relationship skills, sales skills. What ever happen to skills acquiring at an early stage.
If you are wondering what I am talking about? Here’s a question, ‘why do classmates with same education and grades perform differently in life? Sometimes by a huge gap.’
