We feel that we are making a difference in healthcare!
Healthcare has always been deeply personal to me. My mom dedicated 50 years of her life to nursing—her first and last job.
Her final appointment was as a sister handling permanent night shifts at Kadang Kerbau Hospital, Singapore’s largest Women's and Children's Hospital.
Being the son of a nurse was not easy.
There were days when I barely saw her and others when I couldn’t even talk to her because she was too exhausted after a night shift.
I can still recall how, after a long night, she wouldn’t embrace me right away.
Instead, she would insist on a shower first, as healthcare workers must always be cautious about what they bring home (eg. potential viruses).
I remember hearing her stories about handling patients, collaborating with doctors and even dealing with the toughest moments, like deceased patients.
And now, here I am, working alongside senior leaders in the healthcare industry.
It’s an incredible privilege to support and work with leaders who are constantly navigating change to improve patient experiences and care.
I am thankful to be training such passionate individuals who put their heart and soul into their work, ensuring better outcomes for those who need it the most.
🚀 This is where I feel that I can partner with them to drive impactful change!
