Whats behind the FTX fall?
Its a long detailed trace, about 30mins.

FTX is an exchange, like any stocks and shares exchange.

NFT projects locked their tokens with established block chains, a smart contract and digital wallet ownership and do not trade like FTX hedge fund.

FTX makes an "AIR" token and clearly with such articulated conspiracies, under a brilliant and crooked mind young mind.

FTX had a team of incompetent "housemaids". Management decision and communications were done via messenger and chats.

And exciting week ending the 3rd week of nov 2022.

This week had a great 3 day R&D followship with a team of Korean researcher and moving around catching up with connections sharing the use of web3 tools, NFT and block chain.

Then I realized 99% of the beauty industry knows nothing on how to use NFT, its utility and value.

Just one such company does NFT, but the use is to regular and execute services.

A complete NFT requires and eco system to support the NFT project to scale, from web2 to web3 tech and into metaverse.

Another key component of success is a community.

The past weeks was filled with excitement and anticipation of the coming founder's minting in December.

Had a great biz scaling discussion with one of our founding council member as came back after a biz bootcamp, recharge to bring her legacy biz another level.

A great weekend meet with friends in Kuala Lumpur.

Proof of work day...

Had an NFT alignment session for our inner circle Thribe members and explaining in details, in Chinese and in simple terms.

I had an enjoyable session with the team and aligning legacy enterprise to level up from web2.0 to web3.
