This article comments on how everyone once wanted to innovate, but now it is a need for everyone to innovate.

In essence, empathy is often an under utilised differentiator in understanding your employees and clients, and innovating solutions for them.

Here at Centro, we are finding ways to use corporate gifts in demonstrating empathy. Using our extensive past data of why companies buy corporate gifts, we can review it with an empathetic lens to better understand audiences and their needs. We are hoping to use this qualitative information to innovate new services and procure fresh products to match the needs of our clients' audiences.

It is encouraging to see big steps in our fight against Covid-19. While it remains unclear whether these antibodies passed from mother to new-born will be sufficient to prevent acute Covid-19 infections, it is likely they will provide some protection in new borns and older infants still.
