I didn't start out perfect. I made mistakes, fumbled with sound...

Had guest no-shows, wrong timezones...

And possibly every mistake you could think of - I've gone through most.

The paradigm shift? I focused on refining my process so it does all the heavy-lifting when I'm not on my A-game.

Because as business owners, we are not always at our A-game all the time.

I love the Japanese concept of Kaizen because it really took 1% improvements over time - and trial/error. So many f*ckups.

50 episodes in, and 1 year later...

I'm still improving my voice but there's more to come. Thank you to all of you who have supported/listened to my content.
