Thank you for being a valued customer of MrFixer.

At MrFixer, we constantly looking for new to improve our customer value and satisfaction. This includes periodically reviewing our expenses and price list.

I'm pleased to share that we have decided changed our service terms. We believe that this new service terms benefits both side. It also reflect our commitment to our customer satisfaction.

Effective start 1st February 2021

Price will update u try to reply within 30min.
Additional cost will be charged for parts on replace.

Items cannot fix will not be charged.
Those items cannot be fixed u may bring back ( noted that will not screw back in original state )
Or I’ll throw away immediately if u dun wan it back.

When ready will update u.

Items collect within 7days. Fees of storage $5 per item after 7days if not collected.
Additional fees charges $5 per item after 14days and so on.

Item with issue after fixing notify us within 3days. Will not be entertaining after 3days.

This how our service works we will need to open up the items to see whether can it be fix or not. We fix everything ( except refrigerator aircon and tv ) so need not ask us whether what can fix

*Location at Hougang. Appointment based.*

Our timing
Monday to Friday 11am to 10pm.
Sunday 11am to 3pm.
Saturday Closed

Please arrange a time and date

Our location at Hougang Ave 7 Block 340 lift B. ( Workshop )
Hougang central Block 809 ( storage )

*1st come 1st serve base.*

All dear value customer bro and sis, please do some responsible if u book appointment please show up or at least update about u coming over or not.
If u have items with me as I update u the issues please reply. For Late payment will need to pay upfront before items fix. Until u know how to do payment on time. Because some of payment can overdue up to 1mth and is not professional at all.
