Position Title: Technical & Service Specialist

Location: Bukit Batok

Responsibilities:
• Perform hands-on installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems (various security barrier system and automatic door system)
• Provide customers with repair proposals, technical support and service reports
• Carry out servicing and repairing components to meet customer and business
requirements
• Develop, co-ordinate and execute daily operational plans
• Participate in equipment modification projects to improve reliability and
maintainability
• Assist with equipment preparation prior to installation

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Preferred candidate with more than 2 years working experience
• Experience in door/gate installation, technical troubleshooting and Programmable
Logic Controller (PLC).
• Customer service oriented
• Active team player, independent and initiative to learn
• Preferred with Class 3 driving licence (Optional)
