大部份老年人皮肤都很干燥，随着年龄增长，由于生理性的变化，皮肤组织慢慢萎缩，表皮真皮变薄，汗腺的功能也逐渐减弱，皮肤含水量和皮脂减少，引起皮肤干燥、皱纹增多。另外，屏障修复功能也减弱，导致干燥，瘙痒都是这些原因产生得多，所以有时候指甲稍微刮一下就会出血的现象，形成后要修复有需要一段时间，这时候他们使用的沐浴露其实是很重要的选择，Karen是我其中一个学生，当时开课后做的一罐都给妈妈用，以上那些问题都可以统统消失，当然这是纯天然的精油膏，要让皮肤底层修复而不再干燥需要时间，她妈妈只是用了一罐30g的精油膏，不再有这个问题出现需要坚持的涂抹，它会让皮肤不再干燥哦👍

分享一下在星期一，我的小儿子在放学时跌倒的伤口，中间那一痕真的深，看得我心惊肉跳，回家后我赶紧用茶树精油（tea tree）消毒，然后再直接滴上两滴薰衣草精油（lavender)，洗澡不碰水，等精油干了，再涂上自制的精油万用膏，晚上睡觉前再滴一滴薰衣草和一滴蜡菊（Helichrysum)，等干了，再涂一层精油万用膏，第二天就结痂了，结痂后就不用滴精油，直接涂精油膏就可以，尽量不碰水。

Sexy Goddess 主要精油成份是橙花（neroli）和广藿香（Patchouli ）
