Hello everyone who read this,I am Ajuntha, healthy food creator most of my life. I have served myself very well these past years eating healthy and drinking some great tonics and teas. At this ripe age of 73, I have survived some possible life threatening health concerns….. but I am on alert all the time( as much as I can ).
I love food and designing healthier versions of delicious cuisine from my homeland Singapore. A melting pot of Malay, Indian , Chinese , Eurasian and more! I have always been excited with the diversity of our food since a child. However as I indulged with these delicious food readily, my waistline increased. I wasn’t fat, no, just well rounded. I’m sure you know what I mean.
To get to the point. I changed the way I ate in my early fifties to feel more energised and healthier. Today , I add more raw vegetables to my cooked meals. On days I feel ‘ bloated’ I switch easily to a raw plant based menu , that I make delicious. I make both cooked and raw vegetarian foods come alive with nutrients. This is my secret to a long and healthy life. I got it.
So I want to share these exciting recipes with you soon, by developing a series of workshops on - line.
Wait for it, as I am writing up the recipes. So far my plan is to over 7-10 independent workshops , each with a day’s meal plan including healing teas and tonics ( especially Jamu which is the Indonesian and Malay natural plant remedies).
This is my way of serving people ( especially women ) who want a healthier lifestyle. This is a first starter to health protection: eat to survive disease.
