Hiring: Account Admin / Accounts Clerk
Responsibilities
• Process invoices and payments
• Maintain financial records
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Generate financial reports to support accountants and finance teams
• Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing paperwork
• Ensure payments are up-to-date
Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and integrity
• Basic accounting knowledge preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
