**DISCLAIMER BEFORE BIDDING**
- Highest bidder is determined by our fair and impartial admin to prevent conflict
- All payment have to be made an hour after item is won or the item would be released into the auction again, should you need more time for payment please inform the admin beforehand
-Payment to be made to 120-572853-7 POSB savings or Paynow/Paylah to 8388 0991
- No refunds are allowed unless items delivered are different from what is sold, faulty or defective
- 3 days warranty policy on a case by case basis, after which the buyer would hold full responsibility of any defects
- Should an item delivered deem to be faulty, 1 to 1 exchange is available (case by case basis)
- Standard delivery charges of $8 apply, if item is bulky there might be extra costs incurred (PM our admin for delivery charges depending on location)
- FREE DELIVERY for purchase above $100
- All items won have to be arranged for delivery within 3 days of payment, otherwise Midnight Auctions reserves the right to release the item back into the auction without refunding the amount. Should you need more time for item delivery, please contact our admin for extension.
- 3 days warranty for the items starts from when the item is successfully handed over to the customer
- Vanity Auctions would do our utmost best in replying to all PMs and inquiries as soon as possible, any vulgar, rude, abusive language or behavior towards ANY of our staff would not be tolerated and Midnight Auctions reserves the right to confiscate any item won and cease doing business with said customer
