TOR Approval Technical Meeting | Eastern Mekong Delta Irrigation Project

As the EIA Consultant for the Eastern Mekong Delta Irrigation Project, K2A Management presented the proposed Terms of Reference (TOR) during the Technical Meeting for review and approval.

The meeting addressed the proposed environmental assessment scope, study methodology, baseline survey requirements, key environmental and social considerations, and the approach for the subsequent stages of the EIA study.

**Progress Update | UIDP Subproject – Prey Veng Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)**

Today, we participated in the Technical Approval Meeting for the Terms of Reference (TOR) of the Sanitation and Wastewater Subproject under the Urban Infrastructure Development Project (UIDP), led by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT), Cambodia.

The meeting focused on the technical review and approval of the TOR, ensuring that the proposed Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) aligns with national regulatory requirements and international financing standards. Constructive discussions among MPWT, relevant government agencies, and technical experts helped strengthen the study approach, scope, and implementation framework.
