Truth be told, boss Jason from was initially very skeptical of our machines but that has has obviously changed. Don’t just take our word for it. Come on down for a taste test on the final day of , Hall 6 (6L2-07).

We love seeing reactions and feedback from 1st time users. What is the most commonly asked question?

Q : How does it taste the same as what you get from a kopitiam?

A : We use the exact same ingredients ie kopi powder, tea dust, condensed milk etc. We just found a way to automate the process.

Our machines take up less than 1 square meter of space. Running on a regular 13amp power socket and a water inlet, the machine dispenses 300 cups before it needs a round of top up and basic cleaning.

When we do part upgrades or recipe/program updates, data is key. This comes in many forms and sometimes, cameras mounted inside our machines give very valuable footage if changes have been for the better or worse.

Too coincidental or supernatural? You decide.

We’ve been having rotten luck with our machines at this specific location. We’ve had to change 3 machines due to various faults which we could never rectify on-site. Mind you, all machines are checked and stress tested before being deployed.

The most recent case was an error code which completely disabled the machine. After consulting with factory engineers, we went down with an array of spares, ready to begin troubleshooting. When we arrived, the machine suddenly popped back to life, no errors at all. Wth right?

Get this, all the previous 3 machines which were removed from this place miraculously had no issues once the machines were back in office. How can one explain this?

We jokingly told our client, maybe you need to standby some flowers to ‘mandi bunga’ or ‘bai-bai’. They sent us this picture back and said, ‘machine no problem already lei’…….
