Tired of the Same Yoga Routine? Try Qigong.

Yoga may improve flexibility—but can you feel warmth reaching your hands?

At PLF Yoga Lab, we see yoga and qigong as complementary practices. Yoga creates space within the body. Qigong teaches us to awaken and circulate our inner vitality.

Life Force Qigong uses gentle posture, natural breathing, awareness and the pause. Practise for a few minutes daily for one month, then observe:

Are your hands warmer?
Is your sleep more restful?
Do you feel calmer and more energised?

Don’t simply believe it. Experience it for yourself.

Join our introduction with Master Zhang from Wudang Mountain and Teacher Mok.

Don’t give up when life becomes harder.

The greater the hardship,
the greater our growth—and often, the greater the reward.

We were not born only to enjoy life.
We were born to discover what we can become.

Keep going.

Why is it so hard to say **“I love you”**
to the person we have loved for so long?

Perhaps we think they already know.

But love should not only be remembered.
Sometimes, it needs to be heard.

**Say it today.**

đź«– Did You Know?

Tea has been part of Singapore's social life for generations.

For many families, tea was served to welcome guests, celebrate festivals, and bring people together around the table.

A simple cup of tea often carried something more valuable than the drink itself—a moment of connection.

What tea reminds you of home?
