Key Tasks
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Engage customers, understand their needs, and offer recommendations
• Process transactions accurately using retail POS systems, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
• Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently
• Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives
• Conduct stock takes and inventory checks
• Ensure all visual and merchandising directives, promotions and executed in a timely manner

Requirements
 Ability to read, write and speak conversational level English
 Ability to speak another languages besides English will be a plus
 Having minimum 1 year of retail / customer service experience is an added advantage
 Secondary 2 or equivalent and above
 Have high passion and interest in Retail Industry
 Have initiative, customer-orientated
 Committed, team player
 Ability to work independently
 Strong skills needed in communication, teamwork, flexibility, proactiveness
 Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
 Basic computer skills and retail system proficiency, including familiarity with retail POS systems
 Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
 Able to commit to retail stores operating hours, weekends and public holidays
 Basic office skills and proficiency in retail systems will be essential for this role
