Prior to working as a Personal Assistant to Darric, Shaojing had experience working in the F&B industry. Though she may be working in a different industry altogether, she surely carries her dedication into every role she plays.

“Shaojing has been working for me as a PA for more than 15 years. In my entire management career, Shaojing has accompanied me through my highs and lows, silently providing the support that I needed. It's extremely rare to find a staff dedicated to your cause and working wholeheartedly for you over so many years. I am blessed that she has done so.

As one of the more senior Personal Assistants, she also often offers a helping hand to other junior PAs and helps train interns and new Wealth Managers in admin matters. Her joyful nature makes it easy for many to connect with her. I would describe her as the glue between the agency and me!

Being a PA is not an easy task (I am not an easy boss either 😅). As such, I truly appreciate her help over the many years.
