🍱A Week of Culinary Excellence with Green House Guest Chef Hideaki Inoue
Last week, we had the privilege of hosting Chef Hideaki Inoue from our Green House HQ in Japan, as part of a special Guest Chef appearance across several of our client sites.
Over the course of the week, Chef Hide delighted diners with authentic Japanese flavours, including specialties like Saba Miso, Okinawan Taco Rice, and traditional Japanese sweets. Each dish was a reflection of Chef Hide’s refined techniques and deep culinary heritage, honed over 30 years in Japan’s most prestigious kitchens.
Beyond the kitchen, Chef Hide took time to engage with diners, share cultural insights, and even introduced traditional games like Kendama, adding a playful touch to the dining experience.
