Writing a book has always been on my list of things to do, but never had the time or thought I lacked the material needed.

My work in the past few years has allowed me to find my passion - transforming businesses. Specifically, digital transformation and finding new business models were areas that piqued my interest.

I spent some time reading books, taking courses and spoke to C-suite leaders and industry experts to gain further understanding on the topic, and to learn from their experiences. I applied what I learnt to the companies I was involved in and saw positive results. However, there were also some mistakes made along the way...

Over the past year, I started writing down my reflections on the experiences I have had and in particular what I have learned about transformation. It has taken me more than a year but I finally finished putting down my thoughts and completed a book.

It covers concepts I feel are crucial to transformation, in particular digital transformation, how people and culture are key to any successful business, new business models, how to create a strategy and other important concepts.
