🔥 Burnout is not an individual failing, it is a generational challenge.

The ‘Burnt Out Together, Rising Together’ panel at Impact Week showed us that exhaustion, scarcity mindsets, and societal pressure ripple across families, workplaces, and cultures. Yet, when generations share openly, reset expectations, and practise self-compassion, healing begins.

In her keynote at Impact Week, Nicole Glisson invited us to strengthen trust, celebrate hidden strengths, and embrace playful energy as the foundations of collaboration. From a simple one-minute eye contact exercise to evidence-based tools for teams, the message was clear: 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿.

BEAM is on the ground at TIME 2025 in Bangkok, and these were some of the standout experiences so far.

An afternoon of purposeful meetings at the elegant Four Seasons Bangkok saw global buyers and sellers connect over fresh opportunities across Asia. Conversations flowed, ideas exchanged, and partnerships began to take shape. A powerful reminder of the value of showing up in person.

The evening brought us to the iconic Rajadamnern Stadium for an immersive Muay Thai showcase. With lights flashing, drums echoing, and the first fighter entering the ring, the arena came alive with energy and tradition.

For buyers looking to create moments that move people — this was pure inspiration.
