So naturally, they see value beyond just the numbers.

But buyers look at things differently.

They're evaluating risk, profitability, owner dependency, and how easily the business can be transferred and operated after takeover.

That's why a business can be attractive to buyers and still receive offers below the owner's expectations.

The challenge isn't always finding buyers.

Sometimes it's aligning expectations with what the market is willing to pay.
