The joy of living is to have a balanced work and personal life that serves as a reminder that we are normal regular beings. From time to time, the normal becomes routine and we yearn for some new excitement. Studies show that something as simple as introducing variety in our daily routines may be enough to increase our sense of well being. Especially when we take regular breaks, it allows us to be recharged and return to an optimal level. Therefore, let us take a break now and have some fun with the wheel. What is it with the wheel?

Just imagine, as you spin there is a sense of anticipation and rush of excitement, waiting for what the outcome will be. Spin with us!

Materials that you need will include a printer, pair of scissors, glue and a map pin.

Instructions
Step 1:
Print the wheel on paper and cut out the shape of the wheel.
Step 2:
Using a piece of cardboard, trace the shape of the wheel on it or a thicker piece of paper and cut it. You now have 2 wheels (glue them together).
Step 3:
Find the centre of the wheel “marked as spin”, poke the hole through your cardboard wheel with the map pin. (find some sort of cork or sponge to secure the back of the map pin as it may be a little sharp).

How to use:
1) Spin the wheel
2) No Peeking! Whatever the arrow lands on, that's your activity
3) Have fun!
