With the right game play and the contributions of the team, Stratogem managed to secured a small success by completing a $7.4m loan deal. Client is not able to get the equity cash out from the banks and other financial institutions. Stratogem work with our partners and managed to help client secured a Loan to Value of above 80% without the need of going through TSDR. This helps client extract the maximum value out of his residential property for other uses. More success to come.

For the last 5 years, we have been in the business of advising and assisting SME/ Listco to get debt financing. In the coming years, we thrive to be actively involved in equity fund raise as well. In talk with HFU and VC International club to be the mandate for Singapore. We will work with more VCs and investors to be a one stop centre to go to for equity funding as an additional portfolio for Stratogem .
