😃 K E E P I N G F I T & H A V I N G F U N 😃

What a joy it was for my friends from church & I enjoying ourselves at Gardens By The Bay (GBTB)!

Though our walk started off quite hot, it slowly got a little breezy towards the evening…

We explored GBTB… & for most of us, it’s almost like an excursion as it’s our first time walking in certain parts of our route… we felt like students & tourists at the same time!!

We are so grateful & proud to live in this beautiful country filled with so much greenery that provided us with cleaner air as well as helpful shades;)

Satay By The Bay was lovely too!! It’s been awhile since the majority of us last visited it… yummy hawker food😋

Do check it out some time, when possible😜 U won’t regret it!!

* F R I E N D S H I P *

I was delighted to have my dear friend, Nancy over for lunch… great that she is taking a break from work currently before embarking on her next career endeavour… that we could spent time like this which is hard to come by:)

Lunch:
- cauliflower fried rice cooked by me
- gingko nuts & barley with beancurd skin
- mango & dragonfruit

Tea:
- arabica black coffee with no sugar
- a slice of my banana walnut cake

Glad that it got a bit cloudy during the later part of the afternoon that we could go for a stroll before enjoying our tea;)

What a memorable time it was!!!

Been so tied up recently & was slightly under the weather recently that I have only gotten a chance to share my post now…

As I look back on how my past yr has been…

Having an awesome God who provided me with a family, kids who are rather sensible, food on the table for each meal, shelter over our heads, air to breath, good health, close friends, safety in our country, vacation a couple of months back… & the list goes on…

I can only say… I am grateful & thankful🙏🙌

Hahaha… being pressed for time before heading out yesterday… I decided to prepare something simple, fast to cook, easy to eat, yet healthy & yummy!

Have been going for so many gatherings & eating over my calorie budget far too often for the past months…

It was so nice touching base with my son who is miles away but I can feel him close through our conversations on the going ons in our lives…

That’s the beauty of technology of which I am very thankful for!

Without it, the whole world could have shut down & businesses folded up in the recent past yrs!

Hence, whether we like it or not, we gotta catch up & move with the times! Hahaha… that’s what I am doing!

What a delight to wake up bright & early to welcome my day with this beautiful sunrise yesterday morning!!!

Followed by running errands, buying groceries, doing marketing, visiting my mum-in-law & being invited for lunch by our neighbours who have just gotten back to SG after sometime away!! And chatted further over coffee☕️

Amid the busyness of the day, I could attend to my leads who responded to me online while on the go!!! If you wanna learn more about how I do it, let me know👌😃👍

It’s wonderful waking up to God’s creation… Nature!

Stumbled upon this adorable squirrel playing & doing its exercise this morning… just like me;) Hahaha😜

What a privilege & joy to experience simple yet beautiful stuff such as these… my daily recharge of my positive energy!!!

Waking up early for some exercise sure feels great on a Sunday morning esp after so much feasting!!!

After hitting the showers, headed off for some local hawker delights & went to get some coffee at the cafe that my daughter recommended☕️

Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the coffee from this mobile kopi stall in the pic as when we passed by on 2 mornings just before breakfast, they were opening their shop later than their actual operating hours. What a shame!!

Anyhow… it has been a relaxing short break in JB with family & friends over the weekend!!! Am grateful🙌

Had a lovely time with family & friends in JB😜

Good time of feasting, catching up, easing of our tensed muscles with their cannot-be-missed awesome massage!!! Indescribably shiok!

Memorable time!

Savoured one of the best salted egg & chilli crabs during the seafood birthday celebration dinner last nite!!! Yummy & reasonable!!!
