Business Development Executive, Corporate Consultancy
Responsibilities
1) Strategic Outreach:
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage potential clients, utilizing various channels such as email, social media, and networking events.
• Leverage your creativity to craft compelling messages and pitches that resonate with our target audience.
2) Relationship Building:
• Initiate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their pain points and presenting AP Stellar as the solution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance outreach materials and ensure a consistent brand message.
3. Account Management and Upsell:
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management strategies.
• Understand clients' evolving needs and collaborate with in-house consultants to identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
• Implement proactive measures to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and overall account growth.
• Develop personalized strategies for upsell opportunities, showcasing the value of expanded consultancy services tailored to client requirements.
4) Client Advocacy and Project Development:
• Collaborate with in-house consultants to identify opportunities for developing bespoke HR, IT, and Overseas Expansion Consultancy Projects tailored to clients' evolving needs.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and objectives, facilitating seamless communication between clients and our expert consultants.
• Champion the integration of client feedback and success stories into the continuous improvement of our consultancy projects.
• Actively engage clients in co-creating innovative solutions, fostering a sense of ownership and partnership in the project development process.
Qualifications
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in impactful outreach and business development, preferably in corporate consultancy.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative outreach strategies.
• Self-motivated with a passion for making a significant impact in the corporate consultancy space.
