The role of the Sales & Business Development Trainee is to assist the organization sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.

He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.

The primary role and responsibilities of a Sales & Business Development Trainee include:

Make cold calls for new business leads through phone or email
Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
Keep prospective client database updated
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers
Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly.
Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s.
Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information.
Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
Competencies and Skills Required

No experience required
Fresh graduates
Must be independent, responsible and have integrity
Able to speak/write Basic English
Able to do translation from English to Vietnamese
Must possess strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Must have good negotiation skills
Must be able to create good presentations
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Must be detail oriented and an active listener
Ability to work under pressure
Applicant is required to submit an application letter stating why they want to apply for this position, a detailed resume and their expected salary.

Shortlisted applicant will be required to attend an interview.

Salary stated is fixed basic. Successful candidates will enjoy fixed basics + incentive commission based salary.
