Both are track-able via SingPost website.
Our mailing will still be every Friday of the week, as we won’t be able to go to the SingPost every single day to drop the parcel, plus giving enough time for most to make your payment on time. Unless the items are bought back from our Thailand trip renting, then we will try to expedite as soon as we sort out.
Please take note for the delivery time frame stated was 1-2 days *(Working Days), but please be aware that it might delay depending on SingPost side.
*(Working Days) - Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday is not a working day.
✅Understand some who receive your Track Letterbox Label parcel via door step, instead of letterbox. Also, for Smartpac Parcel enquiry also questioned to SingPost and reply given ;
☝🏻Answer (1), Hi, please be advised that packages with the attached Prepaid labels will generally be delivered to the letterbox unless it cannot fit due to letterbox is full. It will then be delivered to doorstep. Thank you. - ###x (SingPost)
✌🏻Answer (2)-Smartpac Parcel, Hi, yes Smartpac is by default Letterbox delivery. However, there could be instances it cannot fit letterbox and our postman will attempt delivery to doorstep.
Also, we received complaint that the delivery personal just drop the parcel at the door step, while someone is at home and door were opened. Yes we did give feedback to SingPost but however, hope to seek your understanding that on our end we can assist on feedback but still beyond our control.
‼️Lost of parcel - Track Letterbox Label Parcel or Smartpac Parcel,
In the event of anyone who feedback the lost of your parcel, we will usually write in to SingPost to follow up. It may take a few days for them to get back to us. And usually there will be a proof of photo via SingPost to send it to us with the Parcel and letterbox unit number that suppose to drop into. If there’s any proof given, we will not be responsible for refund or replacement.
We would still highly encourage all for self collection, especially if you have too many items or high price items. This is to prevent unnecessary issue also.
We try our best to removed the normal mailing with no tracking, as to prevent complaints of no receiving. For normal mailing it doesn’t comes with any tracking service and SingPost doesn’t bear any proof of delivery as well.
