Accounts & Admin Assistant

Accounting
· Manage and coordinate month end & year-end book close - Accounts Payable & Receivable process
· Accounts data entry and preparing Delivery Order & Invoices for daily operations
· Support relevant departments in administrative matters for example - bad debts, quotation, liaising with suppliers, customers
· Collating sales figures, invoices for month-end reporting
· Assist in preparing cheques
· Prepare and record petty cash, reimbursements and other expenses for employees
· Maintain proper filing system for policies, accounts and general office documents to meet statutory, regulatory and audit purposes

Admin
· Provide administrative support to the team and department
· General Administrative Duties example: Scanning, Filing and Archiving Duties/Other Ad hoc Duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements
· Possess a well-groomed, clean and professional appearance with a committed & willing to do/learn attitude
· Required skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced levels for Excel )
· With experience in Sage50 Accounting Software will be an added advantage
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
· Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle financial matters with great accuracy

We are looking for Sales Executive!

Responsibility:
- Actively hunting for new business with corporate clients
- Willing to actively do cold calling and outdoor canvassing
- Prepare quotation and proposals to clients
- Monitor sales and follow up with clients
- Meeting of sales target and boosting sales
- Liaise with productions to ensure timely hand over of sales
- Liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payments are received from clients
- Strategic coordination to ensure effective and efficient operations coordination from the point of sales to on-site event coordination and post-event business development
- To provide a one-stop service to the client - right from the initial sales stage to the ex*****on of the event
- Managing supplier relationships
- Be cheerful & well groomed at all times

Requirement:
- Min 'O', 'A' level, Diploma holders
- Min 1 year of experience in sales (No experience candidates with good attitude are welcome)
- Past experience in signage, printing, advertising and related industries is a plus point
- Meticulous, independent worker with positive working attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is a strong advantage
- Candidates who possess 2B & Class 3 license are welcome!

Hi All, we are looking for creative and innovative designers!

Responsibilities:
- For designing of marketing collaterals like Logo, flyers, brochure, wall murals etc.
- Checking files and preparing FA for printing and signage
- Superimpose graphics into on-site picture taken by sales team
- Re-tracing of logos and artworks
- Liaise with customers and give creative ideas to enhance company branding
- Working along side with the sales team to ensure that customer’s deadlines are met
- Knowledge of Box up signage and acrylic signage is a plus advantage

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Design and equivalent
- Well versed in Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
- Well organized, able to work under tight timeline, and most importantly METICULOUS
- A team player that has high level of commitment to work
- Bilingual in both Mandarin and English in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients
