これらに生姜スライスをたっぷり入れて火に掛け、お魚を入れて、落とし蓋をして、じっくり弱火で15~20分、焦げに注意しながら煮詰めて下さい。

白髪ネギを乗せると見栄えも味も良くなりますね👍

Fish Simmering Recipe

Sake: 2
Dashi or water: 4
Mirin: 1
Soy sauce: 1
Sugar: 0.7

Add plenty of sliced ginger to these ingredients and bring to a simmer. Add the fish, cover with a drop lid, and simmer gently over low heat for 15–20 minutes, being careful not to let it burn.

Topping it with thinly sliced green onions makes it look and taste even better! 👍
