Started applying AI-OCR and RPA to partially automate operations for Fukuchiyama City

We supported the optimization of business processes and data. In addition, by linking AI-OCR and RPA, we improved the efficiency of a series of tasks from automatic reading of text data from paper forms to data entry, tabulation/processing, and output. Through these operational improvements and the use of the latest technology, we have demonstrated labor savings of 18.6% for childcare support policies and 20.0% for senior citizen welfare policies related to the window.

Started verification of AI-based financial product recommendation with Joyo Bank

In this demonstration experiment, quantitative data related to liaison and loan support and qualitative data such as sales history accumulated will be used as training data for AI to verify the recommendation of financial products by AI that match the needs of customers. The information recommended by natural language analysis and data analysis will be judged as a success or failure based on past sales history, and the results will be fed back to the AI to improve the accuracy of the AI model.
