Onsite House Selection. Great session today, you can see and feel alot of things while onsite. The intangible factors are not measurable with just floor plan on the screen. I took the actual readings to confirm the estimated readings I got from goggle and did a debrief with Clients after our visit on whether to get or not. The rest is up for them to decide and plan.

Buying a house is a big investment and since you are looking to buy, it is best to get one that will support and benefit you and family, instead of having to ”救火”。Remember, not everything can be mitigated and thus, having the house assessed is a very good start.

I always tell my Clients that 是你的, 就是你的。Sometimes if the deal did not make through and you didn’t managed to get the house, there is always a reason behind it, don’t rush and look ahead. It simply means there are better house waiting for you. 人及屋, 屋及人。

If your Company is planning to do a major renovation, it’s very beneficial to incorporate Fengshui aspects into consideration. Understanding the external environment, where best to position door/gate, placement of department and more. I would normally try to minimise major changes to the renovation plan unless it is needed to.
