Established in 2004, E & P Event Management has been a cornerstone of the Singapore motorcycle racing scene for more than two decades. The company was founded by Eric Chia, a passionate bike enthusiast and racer, with the vision of encouraging more riders to move from the sidelines to the track. His goal was to create opportunities for bikers to experience racing in a safe, structured and exciting
environment. The very first racing event organised by E & P took place at the National Stadium when the old building was still standing. As the racing community grew, the company relocated its events to the Circuit at Tuas, where it steadily built a strong reputation for well-organised and engaging race experiences. From 2004 to 2025, E & P has consistently hosted annual trackdays, with the exception of 2019 and 2020 during the Circuit Breaker period. Over the years, the company has developed a loyal following among experienced racers as well as new riders who share a passion for the sport. These events have played a meaningful role in nurturing Singapore’s racing culture by providing a reliable platform where riders can grow and compete. Every race hosted by E & P Event Management is sanctioned by the Singapore Motor Sports Association (SMSA) and affiliated with the Singapore Sports Council (SSC). This ensures that all events meet high standards of safety, fair competition and professionalism. Beginning this year, E & P is excited to bring its passion and experience beyond Singapore’s borders by expanding into Malaysia. This new chapter is supported by the Motorsport Association of Malaysia (MAM) and marks a significant milestone for the company. With this partnership, E & P aims to strengthen cross-border collaboration and create new opportunities for riders, fans and industry partners. Today, E & P continues to grow with the same spirit that started it all. The team remains committed to making race events more exciting, more inclusive and more memorable for riders, sponsors, spectators and the wider motorsport community. What began as one rider’s personal passion has become a trusted and enduring name in motorcycle racing both in Singapore and the region.
