🟪Job Description

🔸Manage maintenance projects in buildings.
🔸Use SCADA system to monitor M&E equipment and programming works for A&A and troubleshooting.
🔸Ensures maintenance activities are carried out according to department SOP.
🔸Monitor and control maintenance operations to achieve the targeted turn-around time within required quality standards.
🔸Provides safe custody, control and maintenance of all equipment and special tools used by the department.
🔸Maintain adequate stock levels of material, parts and equipment within budget limitation.
🔸Responds to calls for emergency repairs/ ad hoc complaints.

🟪Position Requirements:

🔸Higher Nitec in Facilities and Management.
🔸2 years’ experience in maintenance of building management system/ extra low voltage / M&E, PLC, DDC and SCADA system.
🔸Basic knowledge and skills in PLC Ladder and Function Blocks programming, DDC programming (Structured Programming Language). Microcontroller programming will be considered.
🔸Basic knowledge and skills in SQL Database, SQL queries, Axon and Java programming languages will be an added advantage.
🔸Advanced hands-on experience in using Multimeter and other digital instrument measurement meters.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

🟩Job Description

✔️Developing Process Functional Design including Control write-up and Control Schematics
✔️Carry out Engineering, DCS/PLC/DDC and SCADA programming, Interface programming
✔️Perform programming and integration of control systems.
✔️Designing the control panels and sub-panels and generating of IOT lists.
✔️Carry out PLC and SCADA software interface programming.
✔️Develop process functional design, control write-up and control schematics.
✔️Develop hardware and software design specification and other software/test documentation.
✔️Carry out diagnosis and resolution of electrical, instrumentation and control systems issues.
✔️Ensuring on time completion of commissioning activities.

🟩Requirements

✔️Minimum Diploma in Electrical and Electronics.
✔️At least 8 years’ experience in in control system design including system architecture, hardware, system software for water treatment plant projects.
✔️Working knowledge in Schneider and/or Siemens PLCs.
✔️Working knowledge in SCADA (Intelltion iFIX, Wonderware Intouch, Mitsubishi MX Works, Vijeo Citect).
✔️Working Knowledge in Modbus, Profibus, Melsecnet, ControlNet, BacNet/IP.

🟧Job Description

✔️Proactively identify potential clients in the building environment sector and follow up on sales lead.
✔️Responsible for profit margin of projects.
✔️Visit consultants, contractors, developers, building owners etc. on a regular basis to establish good contacts and document their opinion and/or feedback.
✔️Responsible for project life cycle from pre-sales, tender to implementation stage.
✔️Provide pre-sales technical support on solutions/compound proposal and costing.
✔️Conduct technical presentations and preparation of technical specification of tender and sales proposal.
✔️Assist in formulation of strategic sales and marketing plans.
✔️Conduct competition analysis and participate actively in commercial and technical discussion with customer together with the engineering team to meet customer requirement.
✔️Prepare sales monthly report for presentation to management.

🟧Requirements

✔️Diploma in Engineering.
✔️5 years in technical pre-sales in the building environment sector.
✔️Good industry knowledge i.e. property developers/owners, consultants, main contractors etc.
✔️Knowledge in building automation system and ELV products.
✔️Experience in handling tenders for big projects.
✔️Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and commitment.
✔️Good communication skills and must be able to relate to people at all levels of the organization.

✔️Oversee the Building Management System & Extra Low Voltage Systems in commercial projects.
✔️Understand system design, review technical specification including quotation.
✔️Monitor site work and responsible for shop drawing, catalogue, material submissions.
✔️Co-ordinates departmental activities and attend meetings and liaison work with consultants/ clients / main contractors / vendors.
✔️Control project budget.

🟥Requirements:

✔️Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics
✔️Certificate in PMP is advantageous but not necessary.
✔️At least 2 years’ experience in management of Building Management Systems and/or Mechanical & Electrical turnkey projects.
✔️A resourceful individual with good organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
✔️A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
