Wrong. And this misunderstanding leaves many families unprotected.

Your LPA only works while you are alive but unable to make decisions.
The moment you pass away, it stops completely.

That’s where your Wasiat begins.

Your CPF nomination may not work the way you think it does.

If one of your nominees passes away before you, their share can be redistributed automatically.
And yes… getting married can revoke your CPF nomination too.

We’ve also seen situations where someone got divorced, never updated their nomination, and their ex-spouse still received the CPF payout.

Life changes.
