We first met Sarah when she was just 5 weeks old, and what an incredible journey it's been! Starting with our newborn sleep foundations, Sarah’s parents learned to read her cues, establish gentle routines, and adjust sleep strategies as she grew.

Fast forward to today - Sarah is sleeping through the night, taking her bottle beautifully, and settling into infant care with ease - all while continuing to sleep independently at home. 🌙

Meet Kieran & Colette - two of our favourite UpChild graduates.

At just 5.5 months, Kieran went from short naps and multiple night wakings to sleeping through in just two weeks, with a gentle method. His teachers even followed the same routine, and he slept a solid 90-minute nap at school on his very first day. Night feeds? Gone for good.

His big sister Colette has been a champion sleeper since 6.5 months old - pacifier-free and proud of it.

That's it. Repeated. Consistently.
