It was a fun and engaging session this morning speaking alongside 2 inspirational speakers at the first ever Lifelong Learning Seminar organized by Community of Learning.

The whole Zoom audience was treated to a ‘virtual’ airplane ride 😄 in which they gained an insight into how Flight Angels founder, trainer & coach Farah Nic successfully sustained 27 consecutive years of outstanding customer service for a world’s best airline?

Great learnings along with an awesome, lively audience and really good questions, what a wonderful way to start the weekend! We look forward to having all of you on our ‘flight’ again! ✈️

Honored to be speaking at the Lifelong Learning Seminar organized by Community of Learning (Singapore) on 19 June, Saturday at 9.30am.

I will be sharing for the first time my take on how I successfully sustained 27 years of outstanding customer service for a world’s best airline. Through analogies and personal stories of my journey, I will be sharing 3 insights that make the difference and matter the most in going the extra mile toward greater heights and in weathering turbulent times.

SIA's exercise in Sept 2020 may not be the last. More are facing the possibilities of a second wave. Between now and then, anxiety level rises in tandem with fear. While they await with hope and anguish that may not serve them well emotionally, three questions comes to mind:

1. How are they managing their emotional well-being?
2. How can they prepare themselves on many levels for the inevitable?
