As part of our continuing efforts to equip our staff with essential skills to do their job better, our operations stuff recently underwent a 2-day Basic Counselling Skills training course. The training course was conducted by the faculty of Metropolis Training. 👍👏

This course helped participants learn about self awareness and imparted essential communication skills that are critical in their line of work as they manage security guards, interact with a range of people, and handle diverse complaints.

We believe this training not only enhanced their job skills but also equipped them with some key lifeskills. Here is to more continuous learning and upskilling. 👍👏
