A strength of an Intuiting extrovert person is in idea, words, reform, innovation, intuition and quality driven. The position of the dominant intelligence machine is right neocortex and the intelligence quotient is the spatial quotient. The driver of extrovert person is driven outside - in, meaning he observe, imagine, appreciate and conceptualize from environment outside to inside. A very dynamic person as opposed to someone who's stimulus is an introvert and are principle driven. He is a good learner, trendsetter, assertive, perfectionist and optimistic. That explain why Ust Raja Lutfil Hadi have passion for innovation, to do new things and go for long life improvement. If I am his boss in the organization, I would capitalize his strength in production line and anything that is quality improvement. If you want to communicate well with an intuitive person do not use words like "what do you think.. ", or "how do you feel...", instead use "can you help to imagine, conceptualize or innovate .... ?"
