In the age of AI, the real differentiator isn’t technology—it’s human capability.

94% of organizational problems are system-driven, not people-driven. Yet too often, leaders chase symptoms instead of root causes. That’s why I believe Human-Centered Systems Thinking (HCST) is the critical leadership capability of our time.

HCST fuses Design Thinking (empathy, creativity, iteration) with Systems Thinking (root causes, feedback loops, leverage points). The result? Solutions that people love and systems support.
