Ingredient A
40g oil
Minced beef 500g
5 cloves of garlic-blended
10g ginger-blended
Salt and pepper

Coarsely blend the below:
1 tsp of corriander seed
1 tsp of cumin

60g butter or ghee
6 cloves of garlic + 20g ginger- blended to a paste
2 pcs tomatoes- chopped
95g tomato paste in tin
1 onion-chopped
2 tbsp tomato sauce
200g water
1 pc green chili- sliced
1 handful Coriander-chopped
Salt, sugar & freshly grounded black pepper to taste
5 eggs

1. Heat oil and add ingredient A into Cosmo Pan. Fry the ingredient. Once cooked, set aside.
2. Dry roast blended coriander and cumin. Set aside.
3. Melt butter/ghee in low heat. Add in blended garlic n ginger.
4. Add and sauté chopped onion.
5. Add in chopped tomatoes. Add the dry roasted coarsely blended cumin and coriander seed. Mix well.
6. Add in tomato paste and tomato sauce. Add water. Mix well. Add in cooked minced beef.
7. Crack eggs into the beef dish. Cover with lid to allow eggs to cook.
8. Add sliced green chili and chopped coriander.
Ready to serve. Best serve hot with baguette.

If you would like, right after you switch off the flame, sprinkle some grated mozzarella cheese and cover with lid for 3-5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
