AI Generative Usage in HR?
You may have been exploring AI in business, AI in sales, AI in marketing, and more. But how about AI in Human Relations (HR)? Of course, it is nothing new. AI in HR is a revolution and makes us think about how AI would be applicable in the HR domain.
In Singapore, GenAI has actually become the most implemented in HR work. At least 83% of respondents claim that AI is really helpful to facilitate HR work. But how?
In this case, GenAI tries to help HR by identifying employee data trends. Then they also can be used for creating HR job advertisements. Moreover, GenAI can automate tasks, such as administrative tasks or content creation.
But this implementation is not without concern. HR in Singapore has also started to consider the ethical use of AI in the HR workplace. They start to be concerned about how trusted and transparent this AI is. Is AI able to keep employer privacy data? And who will govern AI usage in HR system. They honestly still lack it.
