Westlake House - Caspian and Tembusu

Two homes shares the same architectural language, each with its own personality.

One embraces quiet garden living; the other opens to water and movement. Both share a relaxed tropical lifestyle shaped by light, greenery and natural materials.

Caspian House was awarded Best Residential Property (Singapore) at the 2026 Asia Pacific Property Awards – Development Category.

House at Chancery Lane

Vertical timber screens wrap the upper levels, filtering light and ensuring privacy while maintaining openness. Their rhythm contrasts with the clean horizontality of the slabs, reinforcing the building’s proportions.

The architecture balances protection and permeability - shielded where needed and open where possible.

House of Endless Trees

Conceived in response to the adjacent lush forest, the house elevates its primary living and terrace spaces to align with the treetop datum, establishing a direct visual continuity with the surrounding landscape. A porous screen roof defines the narrow frontage, filtering light and air while forming a distinctive architectural silhouette against an endless canopy of trees.

House at Sunset

Rooted in a modern tropical design concept, the architecture balances clean modern lines with thoughtful responses to the tropical climate. Open, airy spaces are shaped by natural light and ventilation, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out.

A freeform swimming pool sits naturally within the landscape, its organic form offering a relaxed, resort-like atmosphere that complements the surrounding greenery.

Designed for comfort, openness, and harmony with the tropics.

The Reserve

The architectural design of the vault is deeply inspired by the dualities expressed in the client’s brief - openness vs. privacy, security vs. transparency, boldness vs. delicacy and tradition vs. innovation.

D’Marquee Event Space at Downtown East

D’Marquee stands out with its playful vibrancy, where bold bands of color animate the façade like a festive backdrop. This lively palette which represents NTUC D’Marquee’s corporate colors, is paired with the building’s signature wave-like roofline; a sweeping form that appears to glide across the structure and adds a sense of motion and lightness.

Together, these features create an inviting, energetic atmosphere that captures the spirit of celebration even before you step inside the event space.

We’re thrilled to share that Oku House has been longlisted for the Archello Awards 2025 in the category “House of the Year (Urban) – Medium.”

Oku House reimagines urban living as a quiet retreat within the city. Guided by the Japanese notion of “Oku” — meaning depth or inner space — the design layers light, material and movement to evoke moments of calm and intimacy amid urban density.

We’re deeply honored to stand among inspiring works from around the world.
