1. Retrieve and process orders from various platforms
2. Handle daily invoicing and inventory management
3. Assist with sales order and inventory or pricing updates
4. Entering data into ERP software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data
5. Answering customer query/feedback, providing information, taking and processing orders
6. Answering/query and calling customers and vendors to follow up on deliveries and collections
7. Work closely with Management on inventory or pricing updates
8. Any administration duties as assigned by your superior
9. Perform other ad-hoc jobs as and when required

As an E-Commerce Executive position, you will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager and join the ever-growing eCommerce team.

The ideal candidate would need to be a fast learner, good interpersonal skills, problem-solving, prioritizing tasks, and a positive mindset.

Responsibilities
• Account Management, key contact for engaging various eCommerce platforms in the region, mainly in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Assist with product listing, promotions, customer service on the various platforms
• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver eCommerce sales targets, improve presence in the various platforms, grow business with e-tailers, achieve brand objectives in line with trade and offline businesses
• Work with finance on sales report and account set-up/maintenance
• Partner with the supply chain for sales forecast and service levels

SALES
1) To build/grow Betime new/existing products in the medical/ pharmaceutical industries in any officially assigned territory within Singapore
