We are hiring "Admin clerk"
working location @ Bt Batok
Monday to Friday
1. Retrieve and process orders from various platforms
2. Handle daily invoicing and inventory management
3. Assist with sales order and inventory or pricing updates
4. Entering data into ERP software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data
5. Answering customer query/feedback, providing information, taking and processing orders
6. Answering/query and calling customers and vendors to follow up on deliveries and collections
7. Work closely with Management on inventory or pricing updates
8. Any administration duties as assigned by your superior
9. Perform other ad-hoc jobs as and when required
